FAQ: Airport Transfers By Executive Saloon Car Or Luxury 7-seater MPV

We're often asked the following questions about our luxury airport car service - they are also vital questions that you should ask of any chauffeur company.
How Do I Book?
As every customer has their own unique requirements, we find that talking to you is the most efficient method of taking your booking. Our experience allows us to translate your requirements into a booking which is confirmed in writing. If you simply can't talk on the phone, drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. What is the price?
We don't publish "blanket pricing" on our website as we don't want to break promises on pricing. Every journey is different - different collection and drop off points, differing numbers of passengers and luggage determines the type of car you'll require etc.
What we do promise is the price we quote, is the price you will pay for your airport transfer! And we'll put that in writing, along with all the other details of your journey so there can be no confusion.
Are there any hidden charges?
No! You won't be asked for additional parking fees, waiting fees, or any other kind of fee come to think of it. There is no meter running, so if traffic conditions are poor you aren't paying any extra for that either!
What is your cancellation policy?
We believe in ethical business. With more than 24-hours notice, we offer a full refund. Within 24-hours, we can sometimes offer a full refund where we haven't refused other work as a result. If we've refused other work, we calculate our lost income and return the difference to you - which is typically 50% of the price. We trust you will see this as fair and honest.
Are you reliable?
We've never been late or missed an appointment since 2003. Our excellent customer reviews, independently collated by TrustSpot will reassure you further. Furthermore, we don't over allocate our airport cars and your driver will typically be with you 10-minutes before required. You will be contacted shortly before your date of travel to reassure you we've not forgotten and to pass the contact details of your chauffeur.
Will you assist with luggage?
Absolutely - however, on your return we always like to point out that your chauffeur is unlikely to be able to manage all your luggage single-handedly!
I have a lot of luggage, do you have a suitable vehicle?
Absolutely. If you are carrying more than two medium suitcases (excluding hand luggage) then we recommend you book our Mercedes Viano luxury MPV for your airport transfer. This has a huge load area which has carries bicycles, golf clubs, the luggage of 7 passengers and even a rose bush home from a wedding!
Can we stop along the route?
Sure - unlike a taxi, we haven't go a meter running and want to do everything we can to make your journey as stress free and enjoyable as possible. Ask your chauffeur on the day and you'll be advised whether this is practical - traffic, time of day and weather conditions are outside of our control! Your chauffeur will only stop the vehicle where it is safe, legal and practical to do so.
What if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry - we track all flights and adjust collection times where appropriate, and at no additional charge. See you in the arrivals hall!
How do I find my chauffeur on my return?!
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, clearly displaying a "welcome board" bearing your name. Additionally, you will be supplied with the mobile telephone number of your driver. As a failsafe, we also supply your number to the driver. We've never not collected a customer!
Do you provide child seats?
Under the terms of our operators licence with Lichfield District Council, we are prohibited from both providing and fitting child seats. Children can legally travel in any of our vehicles so long as they are in the rear - without the need for a child seat.
Consider that not all child seats are suitable for all vehicles, and not all children fit all child seats .... If an operator is providing a seat, could you be certain that seat is clean, safe and suitable for your requirements?
The obvious solution is to provide your own seats and have us look after them until your return. All our vehicles have ISOFIX fittings.
